Another major week in the Previews, this time with the conclusion of “Three” in Fantastic Four. In other endings: the first arc of Scott Snyder's Detective Comics run ends this week; and the end of and end comes with the final issue of Chaos War, ending not only that title but Greg Pak and Fred Van Lente's über-story about Hercules and Amadeus Cho as well. That's going to be a hard spot to fill for me — I'm not sure what comics are out there with such humor and emotion all together. And the sound effects will be sorely missed.

Weekly Previews for December 29, 2010
December has been a crazy month for me, but things should be getting back on track now. That means I'll actually be posting some reviews and maybe some features, too. And most importantly (at least right now): this should be the last Previews to come after-the-fact (unless you're in a country where comic book day is not Wednesday).
With that out of the way, let's see what's up for this week! We've got a couple of great books by Jonathan Hickman, the last of the new Bat-books, another Chaos War tie-in, and a few others that've piqued my interest. Read on to see 'em all.

Weekly Previews for December 15, 2010
December has been a busy month (as evidenced by this week's Previews coming much later than usual), and yet another event pushed my trip to the comic shop back a week. Which means that this week's trip will be a huge one for me, as I have six weeks of books to looks through and buy. There's a pretty big list adding to it this week, so you get started here, and I'll be figuring out what I can afford.

Weekly Previews for December 2, 2010
Previews, like comics, are a day later than usual this week for Thanksgiving. I hope all the Americans reading this had a good holiday, and I hope all the non-Americans can forgive us for pretending the whole world should care about one of our national holidays.
This is a very light week for me, with only one book I know I'm getting (the penultimate issue of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 8) and a couple of others of interest. No DC books, either. The only one I'd really think about is the Batman 80-page Giant, but neither the solicit nor the cover got me interested enough to even consider it. Read on to see what did pique my interest.

Weekly Previews for November 24, 2010
Computer problems bring this week's Previews to you a little late, but there's some really good books here, including the #0 issue of the new Batwoman series and the start of Scott Snyder's run on Detective Comics. Read on for that and more.

Weekly Previews for November 10, 2010
This week brings us three books that make me wish I could go to the comic shop more than once a month: Red Robin, Ultimate Comics: Thor, and The Unwritten. Also, we've got the end of Return of Bruce Wayne and a fistful of worthy and potentially worthy books. Read on and see for yourself.

Single-Issue Reviews, October 2010, Part Three
I'm still catching up after Halloween plans delayed my reviewing. Here's a couple to keep the ball rolling. (And I still need a new title for these posts.)

Weekly Previews for November 3, 2010
This may be a first, but I have no DC books I'm looking at this week. If I'd been getting Batman and Robin (like I probably should have), I'd have that, but no. Nothing. But, with the newest issues of Buffy and Chaos War, The Shepherd's Tale (all about Shepherd Book from Firefly and Serenity), and some new titles by some really good creators, I've got my plate full anyway. Keep reading to see it all.

Weekly Previews for October 20, 2010
A quieter week for me in this Bruce Wayne homecoming month: only two books that I may or may not pick up. But, that leaves plenty of potential room for some one-shots and some ongoings. Keep reading to see which ones.

Weekly Previews for October 6, 2010
A bunch of favorites to start off the month: Buffy, Hercules, Power Pack, and Jonathan Hickman! Read on to feel the love! And the excitement! And the exclamation marks! (Okay, there's actually very little of that last one.)
